Kforce Requirements Analyst in Englewood, Colorado

A Kforce client is looking for Requirements Analyst to define system requirements, data mapping and data requirements. Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to aid the plan, design, development and verification of life-cycle balanced solutions. This position is in Englewood, CO.Essential Functions:

  • Applies extensive job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts

  • Provides technical solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and creativity

  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment

  • Completed work is reviewed for desired results from a relatively long-term perspective

  • Guides the successful completion of aspects of major programs and may function in a project leadership role

  • Erroneous decisions or recommendations may result in failure to achieve major organizational objectives

  • Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects

  • Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations

  • Work with the project manager, business visionary and end users, IT architects and developers, and project sponsor to document the product's vision and the project's scope

  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints

  • Write requirements/systems specifications per standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely

  • Requirements Analysis: 8 years

  • Agile Methodologies: 5 years

  • Data analysis: 8 years

  • Has full knowledge of other related disciplines
