Kforce Customer Service Representative in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a role in the Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida (FL) area. This person will be responsible for updating policy coverage, processing intake forms, answering billing questions, and resolving client issues. Immediate availability is required for this role.
A minimum of one year of customer service experience in the worker's compensation field or the insurance field is required
Must have strong communication and written skills
