Snagajob Recruiting Specialist, Strategic Services in Glen Allen, Virginia
Snagajob is now hiring for a Recruiting Specialist on our Strategic Services/ReadyHire team. ReadyHire is an innovative solution that bundles several technologies to source, screen and schedule job seekers for interviews. The ReadyHire team develops a sourcing strategy to take on the challenge of recruiting for hard-to-fill positions and provides employers with the quality candidates they’ve been looking for. As a Recruiting Specialist, you’ll help find and schedule hourly candidates for our clients’ hiring events.
Work internally with the ReadyHire team, Account Executives, and Client Executives to source, screen, and schedule hourly and management applicants for upcoming hiring events
Talk to jobseekers, via email, phone and text messaging, to understand their previous experience, answer questions about an upcoming event, and provide them with world-class customer service
Predict the probability of hitting event goals and share results with clients
Based on job descriptions from customers, post hourly jobs on both Snagajob.com and other websites, as well as mine candidate databases from Snagajob, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn
Work both independently and in a team environment to constantly adjust and improve the current jobseeker recruitment process
Execute against a project plan, including sourcing and screening activities as well as scheduling procedures
Work closely and collaborate with the ReadyHire project management team to maintain timelines, scope, and expectations, and follow up on deliverables with the team
Serve as a subject matter expert on the ReadyHire solution and suite of services

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1+ year experience in recruitment or human capital management preferred
Excellent knowledge in online recruitment, specifically experience in posting jobs on multiple websites
Must have the ability to work under high pressure within tight schedules and deadlines
High initiative with ability to work independently under minimal supervision; must exercise sound judgment
Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Excellent listening and assessment skills
Confidence and ability to influence others
Occasional travel required (quarterly)
