Snagajob Strategic Services Project Manager in Glen Allen, Virginia

Snagajob is now hiring for a Project Manager on our ReadyHire team. ReadyHire is an innovative solution that bundles several technologies to source, screen and schedule job seekers for interviews. The ReadyHire team develops a sourcing strategy to take on the challenge of recruiting for hard-to-fill positions and provides employers with the quality candidates they’ve been looking for.

The Project Manager will oversee the process of ReadyHire events and services from the post-sale intake call through the post-event call. After the sale, he/she will function as the primary point of contact for all customer communications.

  • Manage all intake calls (first post-sale activity) and post-event calls (final contact after the event).

  • Focus on resource allocation/planning.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the recruiting specialist.

  • Standardize internal processes while creating unique strategies for each event.

  • Communicate and manage internal and external event requirements and expectations with all stakeholders including the client.

  • Serve as a primary point of customer contact before, during and immediately after the event.

  • Partner with solutions engineer and sales representative to ensure successful hand-off to ReadyHire team.

  • Manage action item list and work with assigned parties to ensure the event milestones are closed in timely fashion and within scope.

  • Serve as external marketing contact for radio ads, third party account setups, etc.

  • Coordinate and organize all meetings tied to project.

  • Work with marketing on a consistent basis to focus on event strategy.

  • Assure world-class service throughout the process.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-2 years of experience in a project management-related or account management-related role required.

  • Must have the ability to work under high pressure within tight schedules and deadlines.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is required.

  • Collaborative team player; innovative problem-solver.

  • High initiative with ability to work independently under minimal supervision; must exercise sound judgment. Ability to see problems in larger organizational context.

  • Self-motivated by results and driven toward excellence in service.

  • Willing to adapt in an unknown and ever-changing environment.

  • High level of urgency with an operational focus; well organized and attentive to details.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Must be willing to travel.
