Robert Half Office Team Motivated Bilingual Japanese Customer Service Representative in Glendale, California
Our client in Glendale is seeking a Customer Service Representative that is bilingual in Japanese. Duties will include:
Interface with our Japanese subscribers in a multi-channel environment (phone, email and chat)
Help subscribers manage their accounts, troubleshoot any system issues, navigate site content, answer billing related questions, etc.
Identify subscribers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
Report any technical concerns to QA
Meet personal and team targets Skills + Experience:
Associate or Bachelor's degree required
Native speaking Japanese and fluent in English
Retention, sales or call center experience preferred
Experience with MS Office Suite
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Phone presence and the ability to provide fantastic customer service is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive "can-do" attitude is a must
