Waters is a publicly traded corporation (NYSE:WAT) with morethan 5,000 employees and is represented in 85 countries around the world.Overview:This position will join a team which has responsibilities for basicmanufacturing and production including the inventory control, labelling,packaging, kitting, transporting, and Quality Control of ASR products.It includes completing documentation and review to meet ASR/Watersspecifications. Quality and attention to detail are top priority.Responsibilities: Assembly/ProductionPackaging and flame sealing of Work in Progress(WIP).Labelling, organization and storage of Work in Progress(WIP).Basic production/manufacturing of products to documentedspecifications.Fulfilling production orders in SAP to meet customer deliverydates.Kitting and order fulfilment of Waters ASR Kits (finishedgoods).Documentation and peer review of production and kittingprocess.Assisting Laboratory Chem Techs/Chemists duringmanufacturing.Inventory control and goods movement of WIP products viaSAP.Preparation and transportation of finished goods orders via SAP.Assist inother areas when required.Quality Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance to specification by ensuringproper manufacturing, packaging, labelling and productiondocumentation.Focus on process control to avoid customer impacted ServiceRequests.Attention to detail, organization and ability to work quicklywithout errors.Responsible for following written work procedures and SOPs toavoid variation in process.Assist team in updating and improving processes andupdating SOPs documents.Assist team in constant improvement and solutions toproblems/issues while increasing efficiency.Qualifications:High School Education or GED required. College coursework in the Sciences ispreferred but not required.Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.Attention to detail, organization and ability to work quickly withouterrors.Ability to work with your hands requiring dexterity to handle smallcontainers and packaging materials.Ability to work on ones own initiative aswell as in a Team environment.Ability to work in a culture with productivityexpectations and quantity output goals.Demonstrate sound judgment and abilityto utilize Lean methods for problem solving.Ability to review work and finderrors.Must be able to lift 40 lbs.Must be willing to perform repetitiveroutine tasks consistently as well as non-routine tasks.Familiar with variousMicrosoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.).Experience with SAPpreferred but not required.Key Words:Manufacturing, Assembly, Labeling, Packaging, Kitting, QualityControl, and Science.Waters Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
