The Product Project Manager will:

  • Work with the Customer Portals.

  • Focus on the full project lifecycle, from conception to delivery, of legacy portal roadmaps. This requires strong relationship skills, working with many different teams and stakeholders.

  • Be both a Program Manager of 1+ programs, as well as a Project Manager of up to 7 concurrent projects. Most projects will be able to use a repeatable project plan led by Product Owners. It will be important to give a project and program framework and be able to jump in and work on specific projects when issues arise.

  • Unite many teams from legacy companies to unify to one company and eventually one customer portal program.

  • Deeply understand industry best practices in product development process specific to the Cable or telecommunications space and translate appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.

  • Collaboratively translate high-level process goals into specific sub-processes with appropriate documentation.

  • Develop a clear, concise, and transparent communication plan for stakeholders and process participants.

  • Understand the intricacies of the teams and proactively identify areas of improvement to support the effort while maintaining an eye toward the bigger picture.

  • Support the development and communication of Product Strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results. Work with engineering, product management peers, marketing stakeholders and key market areas on implementing strategy.


  • Undergraduate degree required

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager

  • 3+ years of related industry experience (Cable, Telecommunications, Software/Online Services)

  • Must have experience with Website Project Management

  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile development processes

  • Candidates with an MBA will be given preference

  • Candidates with a technical degree related to the telecommunications field or operational/process optimization will be given preference

  • Strong candidates will have JIRA and Confluence experience

  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

  • Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
