Customer Solution Representative
The call entry specialist role is defined as a front line worker interfacing with HP pMPS customers. Primarily focused on collecting accurate information in order to place service tickets. Additionally, to retrieve logistical data to inform customers of status for service requests or shipments using various tools.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Requires an increased attention to accuracy and verification of information.
- Phone and Email:
a. The call entry specialist is primarily responsible for working with customers to retrieve information accurately with the end objective to place a service call.
b. This role acts as a first responder to both phone and email systems. Above all else, these are the main objectives of the call entry specialist.
c. Status Updates of service calls or supplies.
i. This can include calling a technician, logistics, and managers to identify an ETA for a toner shipment or a service call.
d. Field and route all calls from the main HP reception line.
i. This can range from calls for customer to purchase printers, to executives trying to connect with local workers. Any and all type of calls are sent through this phone system.
- Data Entry:
a. Entitlement efforts (setups)
b. Meter Reads
- Miscellaneous Projects:
a. Anything from applying stamps to formal marketing documentation to mailing out stickers for pMPS entitlement.
