OfficeTeam currently has an opening for a top Administrative Assistant who is looking to get involved in a local company downtown. In this role you will perform administrative and office support duties for multiple supervisors. This position reports directly to the operations manager. Responsibilities include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing and faxing. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Job Duties: - Assisting managers with administrative tasks- Screen visitors and calls for managers- Maintain availability of supplies and equipment- Draft correspondence and follow up with customers and vendors- Create and edit documents, memos and spreadsheets- Typing and data entry- Running reports- Assisting with special projects, as needed
