WW Customer Support Strategy & Operations Project Manager
This role is responsible for monitoring business performance, reporting and analysis of key metrics and facilitating global projects that improve customer support operations.
The individual in this role will partner with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to gain context on business performance, identify potential business improvements and participate in defining & executing new initiatives.
Participate in a virtual team of functional//domain experts, planners and operational SMEs to understand business problems, evaluate alternatives and propose solutions to execute.
Education and Experience Required:
MBA highly desired, or other related advanced university degree.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Early Career with 2-5 years work experience
Acted in a Planning, Finance, Strategy or Operations role responsible for financial improvement initiative
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strategic Planning & Implementation : Orchestrates the development of strategic plans that advance market leadership and achieve profitable growth.
Execution Management : Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and ecosystem partners to ensure operational alignment and execution of business initiatives.
Business and Financial Acumen - Authoritative business and financial acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations.
Leadership/Influence - Able to effectively influence in working in cross-functional teams
Change Management – assists in driving change across the organization.
