The Digital Sales Representative is responsible for providing a great sales experience for our online guests.

The Digital Sales Representative is primarily responsible for online and phone sales. Key accountabilities in this role include providing sleep solutions to guests, quality customer service to online consumers and ensuring questions/concerns are handled in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities of the Digital Sales Representative:
•Hitting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets—inbound and outbound •A working knowledge of SEO, internet marketing and analytics •Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Power Point, Word and Outlook •Desire to pursue a solid sales career •Exceptional ability to close sales with new and existing clients & demonstrate performance •Ability to overcome sales objections / think quickly on their feet •Exceptional ability with consultative selling •Driven to succeed and earn a high commission environment •Effective time management skills / self-motivated •Great work ethic
