Job Introduction:

In this position, you will be responsible for the development, operations, and profitability of all physical and technological mall security services for this assigned Secure Solutions’ Client account. You will also coordinate the administration and specialized reporting functions that ensure quality customer relations. In addition, you will create and maintain reports that are generated, analyzed, and provided as needed per client contract and company policies. This information is communicated to the client representatives and field offices regularly.

Role Responsibility:

  • Interpret mall rules and regulations; present ideas both orally and in writing; organize and plan projects or events; formulate questions and generate thoughtful and reasonable answers to issues
  • Participate in mall security officer training; train and supervise others using easy-to-understand concepts and hands on experience; instill self-confidence and self-esteem in others
  • Personnel management; provide supervision to Strategic Account and Project Managers (e.g., oversee customer relations, ensure Physical and Technology Mall Security Surveys and post orders are updated regularly, and review disciplinary actions for consistency and propriety)
  • Project management; implement standard security operations at each client facility, and ensure compliance through quarterly visits
  • Contract compliance; ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met; quality assurance and contract compliance
  • Performance / budget compliance; responsibility for the oversight of Key Performance Indicators designed to meet contractual expectations to include; tracking cost savings initiatives US wide

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
  • Must possess a high school diploma or foreign equivalent (e.g., GED)
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing all aspects of security for a mall
  • Prior security-related project management experience in a multi-location environment with demonstrated ability to deliver efficiencies
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement and/or military experience
  • Work history to include demonstrated ability to organize and manage the process required to maintain compliance for licensing and training functions

  • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
