International manufacturer in the North Houston area seeks a Senior International Accountant to add to their team. The Senior International Accountant will be responsible for all aspects associated with accounting as it relates to the support of multiple business units. These responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Perform day to day general ledger accounting
Calculate and Prepare accrual journal entries
Prepare journal entries for administrative functions
Responsible for month, quarter, and year end close of assigned business units
Analyze fluctuations in account balances
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare Sales and Use, or VAT Tax filings
Perform specialized projects as assigned

3+ years' experience handling accounting for international entities in IFRS
