An experienced HR professional to join DuPont Nutrition & Health as the Global HR Business Partner for the Marketing Organization. The role will provide strategic partnership to the global leadership team leading human capital imperatives to drive business value in alignment with business strategy. The HR Business Partner will be accountable for the effectiveness of all HR activities across supported organizations. In alignment with the Corporate HR strategy, will work closely with the global leadership to identify and validate HR needs to achieve strategic business objectives. Reporting to the Global HR Partner Director, DuPont Nutrition & Health, the ideal candidate is able to make a significant impact and excels in a fast paced, engaged, high growth, results oriented environment managing both short and longer term goals effectively.

STRATEGIC BUSINESS PARTNER
Implements the strategic direction of the business; planning and implementing HR initiatives that are aligned with the respective business strategies.
Provides direct consultative and strategic partnering to business / functional leaders to maximize performance of the organization.
Maintains awareness and knowledge of full range of contemporary HR theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation translating and converting HR concepts and theory into systems solutions for enhanced employee performance and business success.
Identifies, articulates and translates the HR needs of the supported organization to the Center Of Excellence (COE’s) and deploys appropriate processes and programs offered by the COE’s in ways that bring business value
Implements and enables global corporate HR initiatives that are aligned with business strategies and champions the deployment of standard HR processes across the organization.
Understands and monitors effectiveness of HR programs through use of metrics and HR analytics in a way that drives business performance.
Accountable for the successful deployment of all talent management, talent development and organization effectiveness processes, globally.
Provides direct consultative and strategic partnering and coaching to the global Marketing leadership team to maximize performance of the organization.
Monitors, measures and reports on client group HR plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
Provides guidance and collaborates with the regional HR organizations for effective deployment of HR activities globally
Collaborates with COE's for maximum effectiveness of HR activities
HR PROCESS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads global HC management, global talent management and global talent development processes, including Organization Leadership Review (OLR), Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALDP) and Internship Programs.
Leads implementation of engagement survey processes and action planning processes
Leads organization design efforts as required
Leads Strategic Workforce Planning and supports the talent acquisition processes including on-boarding and new employee orientation
Transactional workflow responsibility for Involuntary Termination process in Workday for client group supported.
Reports to: Global HR Partner Director, DuPont Nutrition & Health
Takes business guidance from: Global Marketing Leader, Nutrition & Health
Primary client group: Marketing Global Leadership Team, Nutrition & Health
Liaison points: works closely with Regional/Country HR organization and COE’s
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
College / University degree with at least 10-15 Years of experience in Human Resources, preferable in a multinational environment
Solid business acumen and strategic agility and perspective.
Ability to translate HR needs and opportunities to bottom-line performance for the organization.
Broad experience in developing and implementing change management initiatives and creating organizational capabilities
Ability to set priorities and provide direction through direct and influence management to a broad, global organization.
Relevant experience as an HR partner for a large organization.
Strong interest and capability in talent development and talent management
Demonstrated results orientation and high level of energy / passion.
Demonstrated ability to translate broad HR function direction into leadership initiatives in collaboration with peers and line leaders.
Demonstrated ability to adapt corporate HR direction to the needs of the client group supported.
Demonstrates strong teamwork, collaboration, flexibility and cross-cultural skills.
Demonstrated skills and experience for effectively interacting with all levels of a global matrixed organization
Fundamental understanding of HRIS technology applications such as Taleo, Workday, etc.
Strong analytical, execution and project management capabilities
Willingness to travel internationally as required
