Responsibilities:

We are actively seeking a Application support Analystto support operations and development teams responsible for individual users as well as application monitoring, job scheduling, file transfers, outage management and account management. The selected candidate will provide second level support for the CCB OPT business applications, job scheduling, and file transfers for distributed platforms. This includes incident management, change management, patching and outage management, work request management, application wellness checks, application recovery, disaster recovery, code promotion, functional account management, event console management, job scheduling, file and database table management and transfer/load/extract data management.

  1. 3 years of hands-on experience in Production Support.

  2. 3 years’ experience with UNIX/Linux/AIX environment.

  3. 3 years experience with distributed applications (Oracle, SQL, SQL Server, UNIX, Linux, Java, Java servlets and JSP, Spring, Hibernate, etc.)

  4. 3 years’ experience with web servers (Apache/Tomcat/WebSphere/WebLogic)

  5. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis/ SQL

  6. 1-3 years experience in UNIX shell, Perl, Python, or similar scripting languages.

  7. Strong analytical & trouble shooting skills required.

  8. Experience in Disaster Recovery planning and test execution.

  9. Knowledge of Splunk and WILY is a plus.

  10. Knowledge of FTP/XML is a plus.

  11. Experience with scheduling tools like Autosys/Control-M is a plus.

  12. Experience supporting mission-critical in financial services industry, particularly in a Consumer Banking environment, is a big plus.

  13. ITIL Knowledge / Certification will be preferred.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

Education:

B. Tech. / B.E.required in Computer Science or equivalent.
