In the role of Data visualization analyst, you will act as

Creative and detail-oriented visual story teller, the analyst wills both brainstorm compelling visualizations to accompany our

growing data output, and produce those graphics for multiple customers.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating interactive visualizations through Tableau, QlikView, Domo, MicroStrategy

Analytics, etc., open to learning new data visualization software and best practices and will have a passion for telling new

stories using multiple data sources and presenting them in various media formats, especially in presentation decks.

Work activities include but are not limited to the following:

- Combine digital analytics with Business KPIs into unified reports for senior leadership

- Turn data into insights and recommendations to help teams plan, measure and optimize their performance

- Proactively identify key data sources and obtain access/feeds/files necessary to perform data analytics for Professional

Practices

- Manage relationship and communication with key stakeholders (Global Technology, and other team members)

- Act as a storyteller, translating complex analytical work into easy digested analysis and recommendations for customer

and account teams

- Partner with data engineering and strategy/planning teams to correctly interpret, understand and use available data

- Develop tacking and data collection strategy to support business objectives

- Create regular reports through reporting software to manage detailed dashboards and metrics

- Create, polish and re-purpose slideshow presentations

- Develop and continuously improve measurement approaches, processes, tools and techniques

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, and data modeling

- Demonstrated proficiency in Tableau, QlikView or equivalent data visualization/BI software

- Experience in building forecast and predictive data models

- Proven ability to understand process mapping and definition of continual improvement opportunities

- Willingness to participate in all levels of project work when necessary and continuously serve as a team player

- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical skills and Executive presentation skills

- Must possess knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Share point

- Must possess knowledge and experience of Business Objects, HANA and other Business Intelligence tools
