Officeteam now has an opening for a high-level administrative assistant to support a Vendor Management team located in downtown Indianapolis. This role is temporary, possibly temp-to-hire. Responsibilities for this role will include: -Compiling contract documentation and working with vendors to complete the contract process -Receive and review various contracts, and insurance documents -Work with client and vendor contacts to complete requests for vendor course scheduling -Register participants and process credit card payments -Issue Work Authorizations to outline work scope for training sessions -Monitor inboxes and ensure timely responses to clients, vendors, and internal customers -Submit LMS forms -Track statuses of requests through database, and maintain database -Make hotel and car reservations for special vendor engagements If interested, please apply at or send your resume to
