Officeteam has an opportunity for direct hire Patent and Trademark Docketing Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the patent and trademark docket system through data entry, audit, and review. Responsibilities may include:
Review incoming and outgoing domestic and international correspondence and enter/clear dates in the docketing system in accordance with processes outlined by the group
Open and review all incoming mail, electronic and paper; scan and save to applicable matters in the document management system
Forward incoming domestic and international correspondence to legal personnel in accordance to processes
