Responsible for the daily supervision of the Financial Analyst, Accounting Supervisor, and Agency Receptionist
Review and tie out to ensure propriety (to supporting detail) of all monthly transactions summarized on month end journal entries (these are used to cross charge Agency Services to internal clients)
With assistance from select Pacific Communications Operations Staff, review and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a timely basis
Assist with the timely collection, review and accumulation of Agency workforce timesheets used as the basis for monthly cross charges to clients
Ensure the timely update of the Agency Project Management System for:
Active and Inactive Workforce
Job Costing is accurate and updated timely
General Ledger Accounts are in balance with Agency SAP General Ledger Accounts
Ongoing system maintenance is performed
Document and review internal processes across Agency and recommend changes as considered necessary. Use industry standards as basis for recommendations
Assist with preparation of annual budget, Agency financial target and forecast updates
Ensure Agency adherence to Allergan Financial Policies
Assist with development and cross training of Operations Staff
Assist with special projects
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
7-10 years of progressive Accounting/Finance work experience
Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience
Strong and interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate with all levels in the organization
Proven problem solving skills
Able to multi-task, manage to tight deadlines and adapt to changing environments
Marketing Communications/Advertising Industry experience preferred
CPA License preferred
