What You Will Be Doing
Review project specifications to understand the systems requirements of the project, system architecture and design.
Design, develop, and test wireless networking products.
Work with RF team to understand the applications and provide the most effective solutions to product requirements.
Troubleshoot issues to identify origin
Document issues in issue tracking system
Fix bugs where appropriate
Participate in code reviews
What You Need for this Position
3-5 years experience in software development with a strong background in C
Experience with software engineering processes and the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
Knowledge of ARM (Cortex-M) processor architectures
Experience with TCP/IP networking protocols
Experience with 802.11 wireless networking
Experience with 802.15.4, Zigbee, ZWave, BlueTooth is a plus
Knowledge of cellular standards, especially LTE, a plus
Experience in highly hardware-centric, real time, embedded environments
Excellent writing and communication skills
BS/MS in CS, CE or Mathematics
