If you are our Country Marketing Manager in Indonesia, you will have a chance to

  • Develop and secure approval for Go to Market (GTM) plans and budgets

  • Direct cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets

  • Develop overall company value proposition(s) and offering/ segment messaging; manage/ monitor delivery of same

  • Develop customer segmentation strategies, define customer experience plans and execute/monitor them

  • Develop/manage customer database/analytics

  • Develop/own overall marketing scorecard/ dashboard and associated metrics/goals/benchmarks and track/report progress against them

  • Develop closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs and identify execute indicated actions

  • Perform marketing support activities as needed, e.g., Siebel Marketing Resource Management (MRM)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM), PO and accrual management, collateral fulfillment

  • Manage business relationships with advertising, direct marketing and/or marketing research vendors

  • Help sales develop sales training materials

  • Partner with senior sales management on key retailer/ reseller account calls/ development

  • Drive/execute/evaluate marketing strategies and tactics that drive demonstrable revenue, share gains, customer/partner engagement

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred

  • 10+ years marketing experience, including offering marketing, segment marketing, partner marketing, market research and customer database/analytics

  • Agency, sales and/or channel experience

To be successful you should be able to

  • Translates business goals into actionable plans and strategies that reflect the requirements and opportunities within area-of-control Aligns area-of-control account and market opportunities with upstream strategic plans and metrics. Sets sales priorities and establishing these as the focus of individual or sales team activities

  • Tracks and manages rolling forecasts and budgets to ensure timely and accurate roll-ups

  • Lead effectively in a complex and political environment, and deliver results; Able to influence without direct authority; Able to balance between competing priorities and be flexible and creative; Drives team performance to best in class
