Operations Support Analyst 1:

Job Background/Context:

Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) provides HR shared services covering Recruitment & On-boarding, Employee Life-Cycle, Off-boarding, Payroll, Compensation Administration and Service Delivery as well as HR systems support. In partnership with HR, HRSS strives to provide excellent customer service through its product offering to employees and managers whilst focusing on process re-engineering and initiatives to enhance the Shared Services role in Citi.

Job Purpose:

Benefit officer primary role is to assist employee in providing information and problem solver related with HR Benefit policy and procedure defined standard of service delivery for Citi employee. This role will report to HRSS Benefit Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling on employee inquiries, concern and problem solving via calls, emails and walk in employee related to employee Benefit

  • One stop centre for HR benefit advisory such as :

  • Medical Insurance

  • BPJS Kesehatan

  • Long Service Award

  • Annual Medical Check Up

  • BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

  • Employee Loan

  • Pension

  • Complete employee inquiry as per SLA defined

  • Data submission / enrolment for existing employee to the vendor

  • Benefit data reconciliation periodically

  • Contact Point for International Staff for reimbursement and invoice process

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor degree any major

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented

  • Demonstrated team player

  • Customer oriented

  • Good problem solving skill
