Job Description:

Basic functions: Under the direction of the Inventory Control Coach, the IC Team Member will perform all job functions essential to the Inventory Control department. IC functions include all aspects of purchasing and managing inventory levels. Specific duties: Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following: • Ensure a safe work environment • Monitor the day to day movement of inventory while focusing on inventory turns and shop fill rate metrics • Purchase material as needed for production • Process daily reports • Perform weekly cycle counts • Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision • Learn new systems and query tools quickly and efficiently • Learn processes and technical procedures quickly and efficiently. Ability to work on concrete +/- 10 hours per day • Must be able and willing to work overtime when necessary • Work in other areas of the building as needed • Work between the hours of 6:00am and 5:00pm as needed Demonstrated skills and experience: • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word • Excellent attendance • Proven ability to multitask • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong initiative • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact positively with all team members, leadership team, and vendors. • Teamwork
