The Manager, Multichannel Customer Marketing (MCCM) Operations will be responsible for leading cross functional teams & managing delivery of integrated multichannel closed loop marketing projects. Multichannel Customer Marketing (MCCM) Operations team supports US Commercial profitable growth by selectively building a cost-effective ecosystem of new channels & capabilities to engage & serve multiple customer segments.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

  • Responsible to deliver meaningful multichannel customer experience across Allergan by designing and delivering channel platforms and capabilities that collectively offer the most up-to-date functionality/reporting whilst meeting the needs and expectations of both the commercial organization and customers

  • Identifies/manages/leads prioritization of opportunities to enhance and evolve existing channel capabilities

  • Leads dynamic projects with cross-functional teams including IT, Sample Operations, Marketing, Sales, contingent colleagues (as required) to deliver enterprise channel enhancements or new capabilities.

  • Accountable for resource and work flow management/prioritization and management of external resources

  • Knows when to escalate risks and develops mitigation recommendations.

  • Proactively communicates & seamlessly customizes communication to various organizational levels.

  • Effectively shares enterprise learning/best practices with sales & marketing.


The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:

  • Eight (8) years of strong project management; life sciences, healthcare, general consulting multichannel experience; Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven results with iREP implementation, training, content best practices

  • Proven ability to work effectively in complex organizations to deliver impactful results to internal/external stakeholders.

  • Strong ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects involving a variety of deliverables and timelines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.

  • Ability to quickly establish relationships and trust with critical stakeholders.

  • Effective working independently without direct oversight as well as in partnership with strong personalities.

  • Ability to embrace change, flex, pivot as needed.
