Motivated, solution-oriented, adaptable individual responsible for supporting field sales incentive compensation programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, running and validating analyses, creating compensation programs, and keeping track of all incentive compensation programs. Develop communications including program write-ups, PowerPoint presentations, and other documentations. Respond to field sales inquiries, track quarterly rosters and budgets, and work closely with HR generalist and other outside vendors.
Main Areas of Responsibilities
Accurate and timely analyses of the sales force performance within a variety of compensation programs.
Maintain/Validate Compensation and President’s Club calculations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and timeliness of deliverables.
Update and communicate to the field all Quarterly documents.
Handle all aspects of customer service. Must be able to work with well senior level marketing, sales leaders and sales representatives. Consistent oral and written communicate with these colleagues and ensure pertinent and timely responses to their inquiries.
Develop/Implement advanced excel spreadsheets. Preparing statistical / summary analysis for all incentive programs.
Work with outside vendor to ensure accuracy with all aspects of the department and sales force deliverables.
