Aon Is Looking For A Cash Receipt Associate (Fin-Admin II Analysis/Acctg). As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our National Flood Services Accounting Operations business group within Aon Affinity in Kalispell, MT office.

SUMMARY:

The majority of the day will be spent keying payment information into the computer. Cash Receipt Associates key an average of 250-350 payment entries per day as well as performing other cash balancing duties associated with the payment entry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Researching policies and accurately keying payment information into the computer.

  • Balancing payments throughout the day as well as performing the daily cash reconciliation on a scheduled basis.

  • Sorting, preparing and scanning checks for deposit.

  • Preparing letters for unidentified and not endorsed checks to be sent back for additional information.

  • Accurately keying credit card information into the computer.

  • Processing online payments and balancing transactions to the appropriate payment vendor.

  • Performing scheduled check shredding and documentation.

  • Working as a team to meet scheduled deadlines.

  • Other duties as assigned.**

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required

  • Proficient at Micro Soft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Strong 10 key and alpha numeric data entry skills.

  • Detail and accuracy oriented.

  • Previous cash handling experience is preferred.

  • Ability to self-motivate and stay productive throughout the day.
