Create project binders
Order field uniforms
Process City and State invoice.
Issue small PO's
Initiate all change orders, maintain tracking log though completion.
Create invoices for all New Equipment projects from materials through retention, including change orders.
Process Project partnering handbooks for Handover of completed jobs to Maintenance Dept: Field Test and Data Reports, Enter Pulse units info, File documents in the Street file
Create Street files for new units, update street files for modernized units
Update mainframe with information from modernizations
Purge completed jobs per document retention policy and create construction files for archiving Other administrative duties may include the following, as needed:
Filing and departmental organization
