Starting Hourly Wage: $19.31
*1) *Provides supervision, coordination and development of designated Good Clean contracted sites with a gross revenue of $400,000

Communicates effectively and courteously when dealing with service recipients, guardians, social service agencies and other interested parties.
Participates in strategic planning. Mentors and trains peers in best practices
Seeks opportunities to develop skills, knowledge, and programming.
Keeps abreast of current developments in field to update job skills and knowledge.
Maintains all necessary certifications.
Helps with new contract start up(where applicable)
Accepts assigned responsibilities in the district in the absence of the Manager.
Directs the day to day operations of assigned contracted sites.
Monitors and orders supplies.
Prepares reports for management/customers such as daily operation logs, waste reports, time sheets, incident reports, competitive employment statements, disability statements and cost analysis.
Supervises assigned personnel to include recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling.
Oversees other contract operations in the absence of another supervisor(when applicable)
- Contributes to the budget process by being responsible for ensuring each work site operates within budget
College degree in business administration or comparable experience preferred
Four years experience in custodial services
Five years experience in a supervisory position or project management.
Ability to handle strenuous physical activity including occasional heavy lifting.
Reliable transportation, with proof of automobile insurance. Valid driver’s license permitting operation of a vehicle with a safe driving record.
Criminal background check that meets Agency standards. Additional checks/drug testing may be required depending on contract.
