Job Description Key responsibilities:

  • Understands the culture and expectations of our clients and works to meet these expectations, sharing this knowledge with other colleagues in the team

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for all internal customers in application support matters

  • Responds to all queries with-in defined Operational Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements

  • Develops a good understanding of Service Level Agreements in the team and proactively highlights and escalates trends and service delivery issues

  • Identifies records and mitigates risks in the team, escalating them as appropriate

  • Identifies, shares and implements best practice with-in the team

  • Identifies opportunities for, plans and implements innovative ideas for process improvement to increase productivity and overall client experience

  • Participates in and implements internal and client identified change projects


  • Working experience in an international or outsourcing company required

  • Some experience within technology and application development industry would be an asset

  • MS Office package – Strong knowledge of Excel

  • English Language – C1 Level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent)

  • University degree in IT, Computer sciences or other business related area would be an asset

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required

  • Problem management skills are mandatory

  • High level of self-motivation and proactivity is required
