JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Keep abreast of best-practices and continually assess and realign direction as appropriate * Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HC Consultants and to ensure learning is aligned with broader talent acquisition, development and retention strategies * Lead/manage needs assessment activities * Identify needs relating to function-specific skills, position competencies, leadership development, knowledge sharing, etc. * Collaborate with business unit leaders to assist in learning assessment activities as needed * Partner with other learning functions as appropriate to set standards for how we operate and drive enterprise initiatives and share content Design, Development, Implementation and Execution - in Collaboration with Instructional Design Manager: * Identify and prioritize enterprise learning needs, standardize internal and external program development and delivery through collaboration and best practice sharing * Work with Subject Matter Experts to determine ideal approach to learning methodology considering learners characteristics and environmental variables * Looks for new and innovative learning techniques for traditional and non-traditional training and development as well as onsite and remote employees and external providers * Leverage and Integrate various learning technologies, including LMS and e-learning technologies Leadership & Team Collaboration: * Directly and indirectly lead team of cross-functional learning specialists * Effectively collaborate with leaders, facilitators and SMEs across the organization * Manage learning and development contract/vendor negotiations, RFP process, relationships * Develop and execute an effective learning and development budget Measurement Systems/Analytics: * Identify and implement appropriate measurement systems to ensure learning objectives are being met * Prepare and present summary reports (including recommendations) outlining learning results Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in related field * 7 -10 years developing and implementing learning and development strategies and programs in a corporate environment. * Uphold LHI Values and Culture Alignment: Integrity, Compassion, Relationships, Innovation and Performance * People leadership experience; ability to influence * Knowledge of instructional design and facilitation best practices * Track record of developing targeted leadership development and change management programs * Excellent written and verbal communications skills * Ability to interact and collaborate comfortably and effectively with diverse group of leaders at all levels of the company * Ability to work in fast paced, team focused environment and exhibit flexibility within changing business needs * Experience working effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various functions and levels of an organization. * Able to make recommendations and offer alternatives when training is not a preferred solution for a performance gap * Able to analyze cost/benefit of various learning approaches to determine the best solution to close the gap while managing timelines, budget and resources * Strong analytic skills and metrics aptitude * Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Demonstrated experience with up-to-date adult learning theory and learning approaches * Excellent project management skills required ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: ipc.us/t/E5A2B75701AC423E Qualified females, minorities, and special disabled eterans and other veterans are encouraged to apply.
