SCM Application Support Specialist
As an SCM Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring support levels and expectations from both management and customers are met. You will also track and report on support incidents, resolutions, resources, and time. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing Winshuttle licensing for internal users and provision the applications as necessary. This is a long term contract to hire opportunity located in Lake Forest, IL.
SAP Manufacturing and warehousing experience required
Exposure to PLE Warehousing, ECC6, and JDA strongly preferred
Hyperion, procurement, and Winshuttle experience nice to have
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must be currently working in a similar position
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
