Position Overview

As a Senior Workday Consultant you will be responsible for the deployment of Workday at client sites, configuring the related business processes in Workday, managing the data conversion from legacy systems into Workday, setting up the requisite security processes and configuring advanced reports for the clients specific need.

The range of clients will predominantly be international or Global companies with an employee headcount between 10,000 to 50,000.

The role will be based in London with International travel to client site as required.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment of Workday at client site

  • Map and configure the requisite business processes required to maximise the operation of Workday

  • Manage the data conversion process to upload current and historic data in to Workday

  • Understand the security requirement for each client to set up the necessary security protocols

  • Configure advanced reports as required by each client

Skills and Experience

  • You must be a certified Workday practitioner to be able to implement Workday on client sites

  • Proven experience of leading and successfully delivering multiple workday deployment projects on a domestic or international scale

  • Previous experience of working on international project will be beneficial

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
