Robert Half Office Team B - Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California

A Westwood based property management company is in need of an Administrative Assistant on a temporary to full time basis. You will be working in the corporate office of a company that handles both Commercial and Residential properties and will be supporting 2- 3 people. Job duties include working with tenants and vendors, property research, collection calls, answering the phones, and general administrative tasks. Experience in property management, commercial leasing, and experience with Yardi is plus. Candidate should have strong computer, math and spelling skills as you will be tested. The Administrative Assistant should be a nose to the grind kind of person and be very dedicated to their work. This position is paying $15.00- $16.00/hr. The full-time salary is $30-40K, DOE
