Our West LA client, a well established advertising agency, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their executive team. As the Executive Assistant you will provide support for a side variety of tasks which will include but are not limited to: working with confidential information, coordinating travel, arrange meetings, order and organize office supplies, process budget reports, provide assistance with mailings, record keeping, etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent grammar skills, be interested in marketing/advertising as a career, thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride and ownership in their work and have trust and integrity. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As the Executive Assistant you should have intermediate level skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and have excellent proofreading skills. This position will pay $50-$60K plus benefits, DOE. Once full-time, this company offers unlimited PTO, and they have a dog-friendly office!
