NRT LLC is seeking a Marketing Traffic Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team. This position is responsible for trafficking projects through a fast-paced, in-house studio, which includes a creative, product, and strategy field team that creates internal and external marketing and advertising. The position is based in Madison, NJ.

This is an ideal opportunity for an organized multi-tasker with a natural sense of urgency. If you are an agency traffic coordinator, a recent college grad with a few solid marketing internships under your belt, or an experienced admin/executive assistant with career aspirations in marketing, we want to hear from you!

Job duties include:

  • Overseeing the project workflow to ensure materials are produced with accuracy and on time

  • Acting as a departmental liaison within the marketing teams

  • Entering, updating and closing projects in project management system

  • Attending pre-production/creative meetings when necessary

  • Effectively communicating with print broker, publications and creative services using printer terminology (quotes, software programs, etc.)

  • Maintaining online inventory, fulfillment center and vendor management

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Four-year degree in business, marketing or communications

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain information

  • Talent for multi-tasking under tight deadlines

  • Strong sense of urgency

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve questions

  • Experience with developing schedules and timelines for multiple projects

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels

  • Strong experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

  • Calm and even-tempered demeanor in all professional circumstances
