Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer - Entry Level in Marietta, Georgia

Systems Engineering for C-130, C-5, P-3 production and sustainment contracts. Preparation for and conduct internal Requirements Management Authority (RMA) reviews to analyze and approve requirements. Preparation for and primary participant in customer design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.). Project management of the parts obsolescence program determining effect on production and sustainment part availability, and developing solutions with affected organizations, executing risk management on all platforms, technical planning support for new proposals ensuring that reqmts are understood and a solution is approved prior to submission to the customer

Basic Qualifications Capability to interact with team members on technical issues and provide concise written communication. Desire to learn the Engineering development process and apply Systems Engineering principles. Ability to learn the technical details of the products being developed, design and build of the A/C, and impact of the changes

Desired skills Requirements Database experience. Aircraft production or sustainment engineering experience. Systems Engineering understanding Familiarity with MIl-Std-1521
