A large local manufacturer is seeking a Human Resource Manager for their team. The Human Resource Manager will be managing a team of up to 10 employee in the HR department, EH S and Training. Additionally, the Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the company's employee relations , compensation and benefits, training, policies and procedures development, attendance reviews, hiring and on boarding processes, counseling employees, managing and implementing the health and benefit programs and ensuring the compliance standards are being upheld by the company.
