Posting Description Position SummaryThis position serves to support the Originations Sales function within a specific location or area, handling administrative and SAP system functions.Organizational RelationshipThe incumbent reports to either the Sales & Merchandising Manager or Executive Account Representative, along with Account Representatives.Principal AccountabilitiesThe following accountabilities are to be carried out in a manner consistent with the spirit and philosophy outlined in The Andersons' Statement of Principles:1. Perform contract management within the SAP system, including maintenance of the Bid Matrix, changes to customer contracts, and updates to customer contracts.2. Facilitate communication between both internal and external customers/vendors, including accounting, originations, merchandising, logistics, customers and operations.3. Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and follow through to ensure all concerns are addressed and necessary accounting adjustments are made.4. Responsible for physical and system contract maintenance, ensuring that all contracts are printed, distributed for signature, mailed to customers and any system updates are performed (open orders/limit orders, etc).5. Maintain the facility and vendor discount schedules and discount changes within the SAP system6. Ensure proper compliance on any rolling contracts.7. Manage Freedom® contracts8. May also perform Inventory Management Processor duties as needed.9. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.Job QualificationsEducation:High School diploma or equivalent certification is required. Associate level or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred.Experience:2-4 years of administrative or business relevant experience.
