Our client in Medina is currently seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish) Sales Administrative Assistant! They are seeing and efficient individual who will be responsible for the day to day management of assigned customer accounts in coordination with the territory sales manager. Build quotes and maintain throughout the quotation and order process. Develop strong relationships with customers, and provide accurate and continual communications to them on all aspects of order fulfillment. Update and maintain customer records. Align processes with the Sales and Operations teams to support Company success! Requirements include: MUST be FLUENT (both written and verbal) in English and Spanish Minimum 3 years experience in sales office administration. Experience in customer service, sales support, quote-proposal development, and general administrative duties. issuance and order. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
