We are looking for a top-notch Listing Manager to join a team of Real Estate professionals in the Greater Memphis Area! The Listing Manager is responsible for managing positive relationships with our clients and getting properties from listing to contract. This position requires a well-organized, customer service-minded individual with great communication skills and attention to detail! Responsibilities and Duties
Manage all aspects of seller's transactions from listing to contracts.
Create listing file in digital platform and One drive.
Coordinate the preparation of all listing and opens house flyers, graphics, and all other marketing material.
Consult with sellers to coordinate showings and staging of property, property photography, signage, lock box, access requirements and other marketing activities required for showing properties.
Provide updates to sellers with feedback and progress reports from showing and marketing efforts. Be proactive so clients are kept informed, know what to expect and feel reassured they are in good hands.
Input listing information into MLS, maintain documents and track progress for each listing, and update necessary information in the client database and transaction management system.
Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
