Well-established Miami based organization is seeking an administrative assistant. Day to day duties for this position will included scheduling conference rooms, setting up meetings, data entry, occasionally driving to their other nearby sites, and assisting the office where needed. This candidate will be assisting the employee training department. The ideal candidate for this position will have great computer skills with intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook and Excel) and the aptitude to pick up new processes quickly.
