A Day in the Life

§You will electronically process events to determine complaint and reportability status and complete applicable Medical Device Reports as required

§You will ensure complaint investigations are adequate, accurate, detailed and timely

§You will complete electronic submission of MDR’s to the FDA

§You will assist in inspection support for FDA and global regulatory agencies

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

You will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ clinical experience

Nice to Have

§BSN/RN

§Cardiac clinical experience

§Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, 21 CFR Part 803, 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164, HIPPA

§Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications
