Wyndham Worldwide Bell Person in Midland, Michigan
The bell person at The H Hotel assists guests with a variety of needs during their stay. The bell person's essential functions are: Opening doors for all arriving and departing guests and greets appropriately; assists guests with luggage and familiarizes them with their room, hotel, conference center and amenities; provides guests with transportation to local areas as requested; provides directions to both in-house guests and callers; delivers all packages and messages to guests; maintains an orderly and clean luggage storage room, lobby, concierge desk, and front entrance; receives and picks up valet laundry from guests; sells amenities as requested, and remains in the lobby ready to assist guests and co-workers at any time with any requests or concerns they may have.
This position requires basic employment skills in clerical, service and manual areas. This position also requires applicant have a minimum formal education of some high school and a minimum of less than six-months job related experience. Applicant must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain or maintain a chauffeurs license.
