JOB REQUIREMENTS: Use Campaign Execution Reporting, Dynamics and Sales Funnel analytics to track and drive funnel activity Perform customer analytics using data to identify ways to increase market share; Generate POS reports Shadow Comp Lead/CSS to gain knowledge of entire compensation process and provide back-up as needed Work with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) on issue resolutions from start to finish Collect information, document, and obtain necessary approvals to drive Sales Credit Transfers (SCTs) to completion Collaborate with GCI and distribution to ensure GPOS timeliness and cleanliness; Run GPOS analytics Complete all GPOS/SCT activities accurately and in a timely manner for compensation payouts Work with ICM and GCI teams-participate in meetings and communicate team updates to sales Support all activities related to annual goal setting process; provide reports and communicate deadlines Ensure Sales Management team is aware of monthly and annual deadlines Train new employees on incentive business systems as it relates to compensation. Administrative Answer and direct main incoming phone line for sales office Welcome and direct visitors, monitor entry and access for guests, deliveries, Wi-Fi, etc. Provide first line of response and support for inquiries/issues from sales team, distributors and customers Develop/modify PowerPoint/Excel presentations for territory meetings as needed Coordinate internal/external meetings, small events; assist with some travel around meeting logistics Manage onsite conference rooms (set up for meetings, order lunches and resolve scheduling conflicts) Support basic office function (order and maintain kitchen and office supplies, maintain office equipment) Coordinate payment for office services received and assist in reconciling office expenses each month Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments for local office and training coordinator Help plan and execute community service and inclusion efforts for sales office Internal/External Sales Support Work with channel sales team to increase distributor competency on system tools, processes, etc. Process renewals/requests for agreements, run reports, and communicate status Manage/facilitate logistics and tracking for commercial events (RA on the Move, Automation Fair, etc.) Assist in the development and execution of sales pursuit strategies and lead generation/prospect research Interact with customers and resolve commercial issues/concerns Collaborate effectively with other RA business units, territories and regional sales team members Train new operations team members on processes and system tools Support Environmental Health and Safety initiatives for the office; run reports and audits Update distributor resources and training materials; work on team newsletters Rockwell Automation is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
