JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) is seeking a college student with junior or senior status for a summer internship opportunity. This internship offers a great opportunity for students to enhance their resume and build their portfolio with hands-on experience. The ODI is looking for a student who is an enthusiastic self-starter that is eager and willing to contribute to a developing office. The ideal candidate will be able to take direction as well as offer new ideas. Primary Functions Develop faculty and staff diversity recruitment toolkits and cultural one pagers. Perform an audit of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion websites and develop content. Conduct literature reviews, summarize articles and create reference lists. Build the virtual and hardcopy ODI resource libraries (reference MCW library resources). Participate in ongoing professional development. Perform additional duties as assigned.
