Job Summary: Under general supervision, supports management to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolutions. Coordinates with other departments as appropriate. Supports client communications, implements newly executed contracts and performs user test on various systems (i.e. Loan Tracker) and any enhancements that impacts client. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Executes client communications, making client calls and visits as directed Interacts with client(s) to understand their priorities, critical functions and key contacts Identifies client needs and solutions through proactive client calls and client inquiries Performs research and data gathering to provide appropriate follow up to client inquiries, including periodic default rate data challenges Ensures accuracy of Loan Tracker through data review and maintenance as necessary Contributes to the publication of a client newsletter Assists in the identification of potential solutions to business problems through the use of user interface, analytical skills, and business knowledge Begins to gather business requirements, business process flows in designing and preparing new systems/solutions Documents all open issues, test results and problems that arise during testing Assists in the development and delivery of client training of new or modified systems Assists in the implementation of newly executed contracts, communicating with appropriate departments, and coordinating "welcome calls" to new clients Assists in the design of printed materials used to promote business solutions to clients Complies with all ECMC Group Policies QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Required: High School diploma or GED 2+ years experience in a business or corporate function using IT products and services Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES Knowledge of school and lender products and services Solid written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge and skills working in a computer based office suite environment; Microsoft Windows or Mac Office required Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently Ability to effectively organize, plan, control and prioritize work/projects. Ability to regularly communicate progress to appropriate stake holders. Efficiently manages resources and understands work/project scope, key players, urgency, inherent risks and business benefits.
