Responsibilities Req ID: 37035 Mental Health Therapist for Adolescent partial hospital program Assess for symptoms and underlying family dynamics to help determine treatment plan Working with patient, family and treatment team establish plan and goals Establish therapeutic alliance with the patient and family Adapt interventions to meet individual or family needs Demonstrate varied repertoire of therapeutic skills for varied patient and family population Creates safe therapeutic milieu Working with treatment team, develop an on-going treatment plan for patient and family Demonstrate initiatives and processes that support continuous quality improvement in patient care and education Meet documentation requirements Maintain communication with patients, family and other treatment team members to optimize success for patient and family On going coordination of care with community care providers Consistently monitors the treatment plan, goals and discharge plan to ensure appropriate utilization of resources to meet patient and family needs Education Masters degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field Qualification/Skills Experience Must have demonstrated clinical experience in providing family assessment, group psychotherapy and education to mental health patients in acute crisis Licensure/Certifications LPCC LMFT LICSW LP Work Schedule Weekday daytime hours.
