Robert Half Office Team Office Assistant in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Looking for an organized and technically savvy Office Assistant to help support a team with electronic images. Candidate will be utilizing scanners, electronic mailboxes and Excel to track all items. This area is very fast-pace and the individual will need have a positive attitude in additional to being flexible to additional tasks or change in procedures. Additional tasks and responsibilities:

  • File creation

  • Document review

  • Basic office tasks ( faxing, filing, etc.)

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lb. The ideal candidate will have a self-starter attitude and be very detail oriented. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
