Robert Half Office Team Compensation Analyst in Mississauga, Ontario

Our client in the Mississauga area is searching for a Compensation Analyst to join their winning team. Reporting to the Director of HR, the Compensation Analyst's main function is to act as a subject matter expert in Compensation. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for administering the compensation programs, job evaluations for equity and market competitiveness, and compensation policy interpretation. This person will also serve as an advisor to the HR team on compensation policies and practices. The Compensation Analyst will also maintain salary structures for the company and evaluate range for market adjustments, conducts analysis and modeling of proposed changes and provide analysis and support for the annual incentive program. There is also a HRIS portion to the role as well. The successful candidate must have the following skills in order to be considered: 1. Minimum 4 years experience in a compensation analytics position 2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills that include being able to do macros, formula based spreadsheets, v-lookups and pivot tables. 3. Strong Data Management skills 4. This person must have an understanding of HR policies and procedures. CHRP designation is an asset.
