Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager (CPM) will manage new construction and renovation projects at our locations across the western United States. The CPM will also serve as a subject matter expert providing expertise in design and construction to our internal customers.

Conceptual Design - Communicate effectively with operations to develop and understand project design requirements, schedule and goals.
Site Selection - Participate in new site selection decisions and make recommendations based on observed site conditions and surveys.
Budgeting --Develop budget estimates for Sr. Management using historical pricing data, established vendors, contractors and engineering teams.
Design & Permitting - Manage Architectural, MEP and Civil design from concept through permitting and ensure coverage is present for zoning and variance meetings. Attend these meetings as needed, represent the company in a professional manner and diligently pursue the company's goals.
Value Engineering -- During the bid process, work with the design team and bidders to value engineer projects in order to meet financial requirements.
Contractor Selection -- Perform bid analysis and select contractors. Award project upon approval from Sr. Management.
Communication -- Provide routine communication throughout the project with all stakeholders. Track schedule, manage change and mitigate risk.
Financial -- Review and process invoices and track the project spend. Provide monthly updates to Sr. Management.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or equivalent construction management experience.
Qualified candidates must possess 5-10 years of project management experience in new construction and renovations projects ranging in size from $50,000 to $15,000,000.
2-5 years construction estimating, 2-5 years AutoCAD operation, and 2-5 years construction project administration preferred.
Experience working with zoning and permitting agencies.
Experience managing multiple projects in multiple states.
Ability to create and manage documents in AutoCAD, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
Up to 50% travel required.
